INVEST YORK ROAD UPDATES - May 2025

On a monthly basis, we post a high-level summary of work that has happened with Invest York Road (IYR) over the course of the previous month so community members can stay informed about the progress being made.

Here are updates for the month of May:

• IYR held its first local house meeting, bringing together neighbors to learn about, discuss, and give feedback on the IYR model and current project plan. If you are interested in hosting a house meeting, please fill out this form.
• As a part of our ongoing organizational development work, we have incorporated the Invest York Road Holding Company, which is the entity that will hold the portfolio of community-owned properties.
