Classes are all one-hour, free-standing modules, so can be taken in any order.

We will explore strategies for reducing debt and gain an understanding of the results of not paying debts or having debts in collection. Most importantly, this module will give you straight forward steps and resources for attacking different types of debt.
Intro to Community Investing and Invest York Road: In this class, you will learn about the benefits of community investing. We also introduce Invest York Road's innovative investment model, a strategy for building community wealth through long-term community ownership of real estate. IYR allows community members to make small-dollar investments into a community-controlled fund that will be used to buy and redevelop commercial property along the York Road Corridor.
Savings & Investing: This class explores the concepts of saving and investing, detailing their similarities and differences. You will learn how to use budgeting strategies to build personal savings, explore traditional investment options, and understand core investing concepts such as risk, return, and diversification.
